Custody of Wills

We also provide custody of your Will, at our safe, at the following rates:
(a)  Per year $50/-

We can release the Will to you during your lifetime, or upon your departure, to your appointed executor or executors.

The minimum number of years for custody is 15 years, and the total sum is payable in advance and will not be pro-rated for any unused period, even if the custodial services are subsequently no longer required during the aforesaid period.

This custody services are subject to contract & a formal agreement with us. As such duty is onerous, needless to say, we have to retain full discretion to act as custodian or otherwise, on a case by case basis.
